I think that survey have have some credibility after all. Think about it if you answered the questions correctly:

Are you for the war in Iraq - Yes and honest answers about the strenth of the economy and what about the value of your flat going up, you've never had it better!

If I didn't know better I'd say you only pretend to be a Tory to wind up your mates <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I wouldn't be surprised if a big X made its way into the Kerry Pollard box back in May!

I did it twice and put totally different answers each time. Of course it was fixed.

The only reason Gordon Brown hasn't destroyed the strength of our economy so far is because of the very strong situation he inherited from the Tories. He's doing his best to fk it up though. Just have to hope they don't get a fourth term in power.

Well for starters the country is suffering its lowest productivity growth for 15 years.

the UK has plummeted from 4th to 13th in the world competitiveness league since 1997

Not to mention Brown's excessive borrowing.

What this country needs is a Chancellor with his mind on the job not on inheriting the Prime Minister's crown.

I look forward to yet more stealth taxes to hit middle income Britons.

Mr Brown has on the whole done a good job but is loosing the plot as his general Tax & Spend policies are taking their toll on the Economy.

The truth is we need a radical rethink so the country can compete with the growing economies of china, India and the eastern european states.

The best way for this to happen would be a complete overhaul of the tax system, a Flat rate of 20% and a personal allowance of about £12000. I believe this would bring in more tax revenue than the current system as well as taking vast numbers of the poorly paid out taxation altogether.

The trouble is no political party has the balls to do it.

all the east european bucket shop countries that have employed flat taxes have seen growth over 5 per cent .. tax avoidance collapses as well meaning that lots of highly paid tax inspectors can be booted onto the streeet to get real 'jobs..

privatise everything except the army. police and the legal stuff..and maybe libraries n crap like that..

give u.k citizens vouchers to buy their own healthcare and education from competing schools and health companies.. all foreign freeloaders can pay their own way.. build a nuclear power station on gibralter to fk off the spanish

personalities dont matter that much.. its all about the economy.. events and browns constant meddling will fk that up then everyone will vote for the other lot..all the new leader has to be is reasonably competent and not get caught with 3 tranvestites in a public toilet with an orange in his gob and bag over his head... could be tricky for the tories to find such a man..

anyone see that blunkett thing on tv last week.. im concerned that it was worringly accurate.. and idiots like that do actually run the country..
