Sutton by train tomorrow.....

... the web-site says the 12.43 to West Sutton is the one to go for. Is that right? Someone said to me last Saturday that the fastest trains are 28 and 58 minutes past the hour?

 

Could anyone travelling by train keep a casual eye out for Boot Cleaner EFM and two of his friends who are 'going it alone'. Thanks from me.

I've checked the National Rail website and it says 18 and 48 minutes past the hour for St Albans to West Sutton tomorrow. Return trains are on the hour and half hour.

 

£7.70 for a cheap day return (£5.10 for 'young persons').

Anyway. £5.10 for youngsters eh? Someone said that it's kids for a quid if 4 people get together and go for half price?

 

I expect that the Executive in charge of Transportation on the Supporters Club Committee has it all in hand.

 

It's all a bit complicated for me. One of these special offers involves the ticket operative giving you £5 to get on the train, I believe. That might be a Thornsey initiative on Silverlink, come to think of it.

I've got local timetable, though not to hand now, & I don't recall 18 & 48. I'm catching 12.58 arriving West Sutton at 14.30.
