Keeper?

after waltham abbey's fantastic season last year, it's inevitable that the squad couldn't stay the same. very unlikely to hit those heights again, so the players seek a fresh challenge. they have no allegiance to teams, just themselves, as is right.

not entirely sure what point i'm trying to make here, but hornchurch shouldn't be thanking abbey, abbey should be thanking the players.

I've read this mornings forum and feel the need to say something. Yes i was told certain things last night, but what was said, was, and is, between me and J Lo. Yes i spoke to certain people afterwards and one of them has been prompted to say something, therefore if anyone is suggesting i have posted the original comment then they are way off the mark. I tried to train as usual and don't have a pc amognst my football kit! On the 'physio' subject, because of my injury i have been getting treatment from both physio's at the club and have being seeing a qualified chartered physio at my own expense, in order to get fit as soon as possible. I inform the clubs physio's of what additional treatment i have received and of course keep J Lo in the loop.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the game tomorrow.

Dotcom has a problem with us signing their players. Consider the facts, we attract crowds in excess of 400 and WAFC get 50 or so. We have a great ground, fantastic facilities, a great manager and are intent on moving on up. So we don't 'nick' players, we attract them.

I'm sure the lads that have joined us feel welcomed and part of a squad that is going places. That's no disrespect to Waltham Abbey, its just a fact of where we are and why we're aiming to get back to where we belong, just like Enfield Town, AFC Wimbledon and AFC Telford. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

yes he has signed I understand and the guy that posted about mike being a mug doesn't understand our club or the loyalty it promotes between the fans and the players....the envy of many throughout NLF.....

mike is no ones fool and he will make whatever decision he feels is right for his career...I for one sincerely hope that he stays as one of two goalies for a team that wants to win things...

on a personal note mike if your logged in tonight......stay with us mate 'cos you are one of us....and one hell of a good keeper...
