I must say Burnham are the best side we have played by far. Excellent movement and fitness. But with the money comes the players. For the first 20 mins it was pretty even then Portaway scored. He had 2 shots all game and scored 2. Thats the difference between top 3 and mid-table. One lucky goal and 2 mistakes, which is the story of our season and the game was over. But we kept going to the end. I haven't seen Hornchurch but I certainly think you are going be there or thereabouts. Nice bunch of people too. BN1 nice to finally meet you but when you said you were a keeper I was looking for someone 5'10 plus! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

Good luck for the rest of the season lads. You are a very good side and have quality all over the pitch.

when the fella brought in the 'keg' of drink he said "make sure you drink all this boys" (quite seriously at first!) then finished with a very composed line of "i filled it up with laxatives". carried it off well. the seriousness of his tone made it funnier. good work

EMFC cheers pal for your kind words. It was definitely a tougher second half , you could have had more chances if the little black fella up top didnt shoot from 45 yards every time he got it !!

I didnt even foul him it was cable , i came in after and stacked it over the pair of them ,when i was on the floor i was saying to him " go on then , do it " and he nearly went for me , he kept calling me a [****!!****] it was well funny . muuuuug
