How can a player score 3 consecutive goals in a game without another player having touched the ball, whilst legally in play?

Own goal, then direct from the kick-off, then immediately half time and then from the re-start.

Oh you clever man! Didnt think this would have been solved so quickly. Maybe you have heard this one before or maybe you are just clever.Either way well done!

(In the old days when it was not allowable to score directly from a kick-off it would have been him taking the kick-off,booting the ball downfield,the winger being brought down and HIM converting the penalty.Nowadays off course you CAN score direct from the kick-off)

Who is the only present day player to score a hat trick in the Premiership, The Championship, League 1, League 2, the carling cup, the fa cup and international(i think he has a international hat trick, although not 100% sure)

 

still quite impressive though. i'm guessing as well that when he started his scoring it wasn't league one or league two back then...

Is this a trick question Chris? The only players I know who played for England were KEVIN Keegan(football..(captain?) & Ian Botham who played for ENGLAND at(cricket...(captain?).
