Shame to hear about Vinnie. He was a decent player and always seemed to do well against us!!!

Vinny is a star, always had time for everyone and played his heart out for all that he signed for. Hope this isn't a cheap attempt by ET to pay him off his contract, someone needs to ask the question.

Will Vinny's contract be honoured in spite of the money raised by decent fans or is this an attempt to cancel his contract in return for a benefit.?

Sorry. just being honest and pragmatic. Us Agents look after our players and Vinny was one of the best.

I am Sydney, the players friend.

Well after that shambles in July I am not going to ETU, but maybe we should invite VJ along to a home match and let him lead the teams out, can you imagine the roar and applause he'll get.

Never forget the Crick inspired goal disallowed against Trani and the one he scored against Darlo with the leap in the air shown on the box everywhere.

Cheers Vinny, great memories from your debut at Northwood onwards and a big thanks.

Sorry to be a bore over this issue but I think that several matters need to be clarified.

Is Vinny's contract going to be honoured by the club or are they arranging the testimonial to 'pay him off'? If that were the case then the fans that attend are in fact merely paying off the clubs debt to vinny under the terms of his contract.

I notice on another message board that the Club are going to pay 'some expenses' to players and also deduct for 'refreshments'. After those items have been deducted then the monies will be split between Vinny and A West Ham Charity. All attending should be very aware of this as they may not wish to supplement West Hams Charity (Whatever it is)

Lastly can someone please clarify exactly how long Vinny will be out of action as there seems to be some confusion here about how bad his injury is.

Thanks In Advance.
