Mario was superb yesterday. Great touch and finish for the goal and worked extremely hard as well. I would definitely start him for the next game.

Noto should definately play - without question.

He was given his chance yesterday and took it. Superb goal and his work rate was phenomenal. I would be extremely pissed off to see him dropped after playing a game like that.

Minton should be on the bench and Mario given at least a few games to prove his worth.

It certainly wasn't a classic yesterday and overall I was a little disappointed. We can certainly play far better than that.

Should have been 3 points yesterday against a team that hardly made an impact on ten men. We seemed to start slow and kept the game at a tempo that suited them. Would imagine that Alty fans saw the game and felt that they could have walked away with three points as well.

With regards Clarke - I feel he does rely on Bimson to bring him into the game and when he's not getting it down the channel his performances can be a little hit or miss.

Cracking goal by Mario and did enough to justify starting the next game. Dom had another good game and Hallett seems very eager to grab his chance.

Sticking my neck out here but - didn't think it was Mckinneys best display this season and personally I can't see why JK handled the ball. If it was already over the line, then leave it. I can understand a sacrifice in the last ten minutes but getting sent off so the team are down to ten men with another 45 minutes to play seemed a little crazy to me. Either that or he realised how poor Alty were and couldn't see them scoring again in the second half.

I'm concerned about all the injuries and it'll be interesting to see the line up for York. Should offer a few fringe players a great opportunity to grab a starting place. Also think we'll raise our game against York.

2 bad decisions - one of their goal when MCkinney kept the ball on but the unsighted lino gave a corner (he was v poor)which denied us the opportunity to clear the ball from our half and led to the period of pressure from which they scored. Okay, Clarke could have cleared during this period but didn't. Apart from that thought Clarke had his best game for us yet although needs more steel.

2nd bad decision on Tait's disallowed goal. I 10 feet away and saw nothing wrong although I hear it was because Ibe held back the defender

you lot also forgot to mention the altincham *anker that caused a fight in the seating area, when JK got badly fouled, a real credit to their team and right in front of the directors box, that the first violence i have seen at a match since watching canvey. Super Mario was his sensational self on saturday, hopefully this will make kingy prick his ears up and listen to what we tell him. Clarke in my opinon is not a first team player, i would like to see conroy have a shot instead, clarke has not got the confidence to defend and leaves it up to our back four to do the job. I also think that we should of left JK on the sidelines instead of putting him back on, as he was still in quite abit of pain and just couldnt run after the ball, but fair paly to him he did his best, just a shame a hand of god happened!!!.

McKinney was a touch dissaponting. Flapped at a couple of crosses.

Dom is finally proving his worth to Canvey and is showing the form of a couple of seasons ago when he was outstanding for Aldershot when they won the Ryman Premier.
