I signed a new contract in January with singlepoint for 200 mins and 200 texts, I also signed a 18 month contract with 3 months half price line rental.

They then transferred it over to vodaphone.

I notice my bills are huge so in July I look closly at my bill and notice I am being charged extra for 200 texts and never got my 3 months halpf price rental

They offer me free texts and then throw in another 250 free for 3 months to compensate, I also join "stop the clock" which is a deal when you get to 3 mins off peak the tariff stops (eg talk for 59 mins and pay for 3)

My next bill arrives and I notice big call charges, the bloke had forgot to put me on "stop the clock" and I'd clocked up £80 worth of call charges, so the women offers me 3 months free line rental to compensate and puts me on "stop the clock", my new bill has just arrived and it looks like she knocked off all my free texts when I called and hadn't given me my free line rental, meaning I've probably been charged for my texts in September.

Got an excellent SIM card off GHA. Top up £10 a month, 300 free texts. 1p a minute calls after your first three minutes each days.

 

Must only cost me about £15 a month in total.

Normally they are good at giving me things when they've cocked up, it's just if they put in on thier computer right!

The 500 free texts which I got for 3 months as compensation for not getting run out tommorrow, and the bloke i originally spoke to in July didn't put any notes down. So i told the bloke on Thursday that the bloke in July said I could have 250 free texts until the end of my contract as I was meant to in my original singlepoint contract, so he left a note for this July bloke to call me, which he didn't.

As of tomorrow I was going to charged 25 notes for the 500 text bundle so i called to try and sort it out before tomorrow and the girl has given me the 500 free texts until the end of my contract, which is July 2006, Result!!!!
