Adolf Amoako

Recommended Posts

ADOLPH AMOAKO; Forward. Bromley's leading goalscorer for the last three seasons. A very skilful youngster with a keen eye for goal who surely has a great future in the game. Signed in August 2002 from Crystal Palace where he had been a regular member of their successful youth team having begun his career at Chelsea.

Bromley fan opines on Adolph...

"Yeah, quick, excellent goalscorer for us (Bromley) over the last few years, we got him from Palace Youth I think. He had a couple of pre season games for Walton & Hersham, scored in them, but allegedly he had an agent asking for more money than they'd pay.

"Only seen a couple of games this year (due to being exiled in Hereford) but the general consensus is that he may be lacking a bit physically in this division. He was released last week.

"Shame to see him go, but can understand why. He always gives 100% and is likely to pop up with a goal, so good luck to him. Except when we visit Hartsdown Park of course <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />"

So there you have it.

Shall look forward to seeing the young man tonight, whether in starting line up or on subs bench. Sounds like a sound signing by Chris again.

Maybe Gavin McGowan has mentioned Adolf to Chris as he also came from Bromley. Need a goal scorer!

Player profile for Julius says he is a versatile defender who can play full back, in centre of defence & midfield, might be a useful acquisition if Chris can sign him too.

Excellent news, but can you ask Chris to sign some defenders <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

[color:"blue"]Seems Chris is trying to find that ellusive regular goalscorer (pity we could have kept Che, he'd be creaming some of these defences) - current strikers Ellis, Ian, Leon, Darren & Jermaine haven't exactly been prolific have they? Though I'm sure once we make the initial breakthrough the goals will start raining in.
