why don't you come out and play instead CZ?

Babysitting tonight, Mr Thorns. Otherwise I would.

SteveP/CANV - I'll definitely stick on California Dreaming. Never been too keen on the Beach Boys though. "Smiley Smile" is a good album though.

I would go with 'Hey Joe' with Hendrix, I like Cross Town Traffic too, there's one called 'Castel Made of Sand' I think, anyway that's great too.

After i'd written that one about 'something in the air' I looked at xfm site to see that elbow were covering it for the Warchild 'one love' album, I think Oasis are doing a slade number as well, anyone got a copy of the 1995 'Help' Album??

It's probably the best charity album I've heard...

I love 'white room' by Cream, especially the intro. if we're getting a bit pyschaedelic here, I'll go back to a suggestion on a previous thread..

A Day in The Life - Beatles

or

See Emily Play - Pink Floyd

If we're not getting pyschaedelic, how about:

Man of The world - (Peter Green's) Fleetwood Mac

George Harrison - My sweet Lord

I've got the 1995 Help album - funnily enough I was just listening to it last week.

The Slade song Oasis are doing is "Merry Xmas Everybody". Can't wait to hear it!!

Being Oasis' number 1 fan I've already heard it and I have to say it's very good-a lot slower than the original but you should hear Noely G. doing his version of the 'IIITTTTTSSSSSS CCCHHHHHRRRRIIISSSSSTTTTMMAAASSSS' bit. It was on last years xmas episode of the Royle family and also played on Radio 1. As you can tell, today I have nothing to do but post on here. <img src="/forums/images/icons/smirk.gif" alt="" />
