I don't want to dig anyone out but today certainly wasn't our best performance, I am sure it's only a matter of time before we are all firing again and someone gets a good hiding from us, and I'm pretty sure it'll happen quite soon.

other than that I agree but the usually unacknowledged factor is the oppo...a typical tony cross team with energy and strength gave a good 'away' performance and although we had the virtual monopoly of posession in the second half and could have scored 5 ....well done by the way to their no 4 who was lucky to stay on the pitch but did his job...if it wasn't for MOM Danny Cowley he could have been the deciding factor in their favour....

 

not a classic and a lot of work needed on the training ground for us but by the same token....an off day but the consolation of a point and we stay top of the league... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I think Tilbury are a decent side and will be up there come the end of the season.

 

Disappointing to take the lead and not build on it, however we were the better side in the second half and need to win these types of games.

personally I thought that Tilbury had a good game plan to break up the play and get a point and it worked...we had enough chances to win the game and overall had somewhere near 70% of the posession....but didn't put them away...we certainly were not at our shooting best'..I agree with that.....but thats footie mate at all levels...dunt mean we played s**t....we are top of the league and the players have done well so far... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
