I couldnt agree more with the last statement,

But I do disagree with the previous one that

" It's not Brians fault that he's not producing it" I cant disagree more it's entirely Brians fault isnt it ? does the Manager make him play the way he does ?

This is the problem, that people cant take on the responsibility of their own actions.

If he "Brian" makes a mistake then he has to hold his hands up dosent he ?

If we're in business and make a mistake it costs us Money.

Stand up and take your mistakes on the chin and own up to them. Then move on.

Having said that Brian you aint all bad son.

Why were we 70-odd fans down on our normal attendence???

I reckon it's because some of the Spurs contingent may have made the trip down to Charlton. I couldn't make it due to family commitments. I am a season ticket holder - does this mean I will have been included in the attendance count?

I for one thought Bryan had a better game yesterday, and the partnership with Lee looked a lot more of a possibility than it did against Wivenhoe in the league cup. I felt sorry for Dean Nyman, though. Personally, I'd have preferred to see him moved out to the right when his namesake went off.

Jim explained after the game that Chatham didnnt send out the side he'd expected after watching them last week, and that felt he needed Brad at the back to counter the physical style he'd seen. As ever you have to feel sorry for Steve, but I thought Brad did well especially in the last 30 minutes. It will be interesting to see who plays at the back on Tuesday.

I wish a certain few half-wits had also gone somewhere else as I am fed up with keep hearing them singing spurs songs on the terrace at Town games, I have NO interest in that rubbish and would rather stand up the other end where I couldnt hear them or get involved with anything else concerning the Town than put up with it.

Chatham were short of defenders so moved a midfielder back into defence. That weakened their attack so I'm led to believe. Their game was to close us down and for the most part they still did a good job. I think hey just got tired with their unusual formation.

Brunob....As long as they turn up, i don't care what they sing.I remember going to my first match at Southbury road 20 years ago, and the crowd were singing '10 men went to mow'.Most non league supporters also support a premier league team.If they hear on the radio that their 'other team' has just scored, of course they will get excited.

Lets not squable between ourselves. It seems there are too many divisions between us this season.Swearers V non-Swearers, Left-wing V Right-Wing.Chandler die-hards V Chandler critics.Things like this are probably inevitable, when a close-knit club progresses and becomes bigger. We must not squable.Yes,there are fellow supporters that get on your nerves or are loud and course. This is football not a church fete. You're all supporting the same team,no ones asking you become best buddies with all 350 fans that turn up.You put a big random group of people together and of course their will be some that you will like, some you think of as prats.thats life. All Town supports have one big thing in common. We support Enfield Town.Lets remember that and forget out differences and personalities clashes.

My complaint is the half wits singing ABOUT spurs I refuse to do be involved with this and it is NOT needed, if people want to support them let them go there. Junior dont bother to try and sell me 50/50 tickets, mary dont bother with golden goal and all the other small bits I do (sorry SL)while those responsible are STILL in the bar. This will save me a few quid as I already have a season ticket and will only now have to buy a programme.

I know there are many people who also support other clubs, I am a proud Gooner but who knew I was listening to the game while watching the Town at St Albans City? 4 people thats all and that was because they SAW i had earphones on and nobody else.

Yeah.Everyone can spend 40 quid a game going to Spurs of Arsenal.

A bit of banter between supporters regarding different premiership allegiancies, can be a laugh. No one takes it too seriously.

Lighten up Brunob. I don't know if its people within the club that have upset you, or whether its things not related to Enfield Town, but the defeatest ,short-tempered attitude is not what we've come to expect from you.

What really got me was that there were people behind the goal who were screaming for Bryan to be substituted even though Matt Negus quite clearly was unable to continue. Apparently they would have preferred us to play with ten fit men and a passenger rather than eleven fit men.

"Gentlemen" I refer you to Father Jack's comments about engaging brain.

Actually, I think Bryan was about to be substituted before Matt's injury - the number 10 board did make a fleeting appearance.

Morning fellas, Louis Green here. Just wanted to say it was good to see you all on Sat. All in good spirit as usual and I was loving the banter behind the goal, still a bit gutted about the result as feel a draw would have been even but that is football I guess. All the best for the rest of the season and see you again behind my goal for the return fixture.

Unlikely. I believe Spurs were allocated 3,000 tickets and these were snapped up by season ticket holders. I don't think there are many Spurs season ticket holders, that go home & away, who watch Town. If Spurs had been at home then that may have been a factor, but they weren't.

DOY, I believe your season ticket WILL be automatically counted in the attendance.

The low attendance came as a surprise to me. The atmosphere seemed rather flat and it took the edge off the game for me. It was all rather pedestrian. Controversial as it me be, I wonder if the board of directors may look at playing more home games on a Friday night? However, I think Friday attendances would tail off once the 'novelty' factor wore off.

Was very pleased with the win after the way the game went. I felt Chatham deserved a point to be honest. We may look back at this game at the end of the season as being three very important points.

On the subject of Bryan Hammatt, he should certainly have been substituted. If a player is not performing he should make way for somebody else. I fear Jim is in danger of causing unrest in the dressing room by continually playing Hammatt no matter what.

Keep the £.

Agree with your comments about Brian.

At the end of the day 200 or so fans, who watch week in week out, cannot all be wrong.

Supporters are not stupid and if a player is "under-performing" they DO know and should be able to make their feelings known.

That may not help the individual player, but, it is a team game and the team performance should not be sacrifised for one player who seems to play no matter what, every match.

Team selection on Tuesday will be interesting!

Will it be predictable ?
