What a keeper we have. He just seems to get better with every game. I thought he was brilliant at Woking and Yeovil but for my liking he elected to punch the ball rather too often and his kicking was a bit hit and miss. He's now cathcing everything and has sorted the kicking out.

 

Does anyone else agree that he's player of the year so far?

Certainly, Paul is our most important signing - even more so with the problems with have got in defence with injuries.

 

The bloke has kept us in games with vital saves, meaning with have had the point(s) - Woking game being a very good example.

 

No disrespect to Jamie Turner, but Paul Wilkerson has earnt the right to be classed as the first choice keeper now.

Absolutely brilliant keeper. Its a shame on Jamie at the moment because I still think he is good enough to be our number 2. Wilko will take some ousting from that position at the moment. Its the unsung heros position and I think so far he has Player of the quarter/year in his pocket.

Time to blow my own trumpet, but when we signed Wilkerson I did say that I expected him to go straight in as first choice ahead of Jamie.
