Northfleet End

Hempstead Gaz

Recommended Posts

Chatting last night about the Northfleet End (lack of) terrace, we agreed the grant should be spent on upgrading the terrace as best as possible, say, 4 or 5 levels, in time for any potential big gate matches.

The money is there, let us use it. Is there a time limit the grant is available to us?

It is no use worrying about the new ground yet, that has nothing to do with the grant, and realistically, we won't be playing there for at least 3 years.

We would look rather stupid drawing Gillingham at home in round 1, getting it on Sky Sports, with a potential full house, only to be allowed 1 line of supporters behind the goal.

The concreting doesn't appear to take the contractors too long to do, the entire project (ie spending the £35,000) could be finished in a fortnight.

Does anyone have any knowledge if and when the work will be done.

Okay Mr Chairman you go ahead.

Harry, do you ever shut up? All your posts seem to do is criticise other people. And some people thought that this ex-moderator was bad? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

You Sir.

Ever since you called me a "Pleb" I have been striving to find out what it means. It means a person of low social class apparently according to this. You see I wouldn't say I am a person of low Social Class. I live in a nice house, albeit with my parents, I'm a former Chelsea season ticket holder and we all they know they don't come cheap. So I'm at a bit of a lose end as to why you would say such a thing.

Perhaps the words twat, [****!!****], [****!!****], muppet, idiot and of course your favourite one "geek" are no getting boring and you fancied a change, perhaps you feel threatend by me and needed to put me down or perhaps you had nothing better to do so you thought you come in here and call me a pleb.
