The FA Cup 3rd Qualifier against Cray Wanderers will kick off at 2pm on Saturday 08 October 2005. Gates will open at 12:30 and the bar will remain open after the game for supporters to stay on an watch the England match.

As the Premiersh** is suspended for International weekends that means that lower League football and Non-League Football have to adjust their kick off times so as not to clash with TV and risk losing valuable gate money in the process.

 

Just because Sky (or the BBC) flash their almighty wallet & say they want a Saturday afternoon kick-off the FA bow & scrape and everyone else has to adjust to suit them ....

 

WAKE UP FA - there's more to football than Sky Sports and the Premiersh** !

I must be the only person this doesn't suit then as I would just about have made the 3pm kick off due to work commitments. Now I won't bother as I will miss half the match! Personally, I would rather have watched the Margate match than the England one so they could have kept the 3pm kick off. People would still have been able to watch the second half. I bet not all clubs in the FA cup games don't alter their kick off times.
