He's a psycho, assuming thats the same Adam Parker which played for Braintree a couple of seasons back. Sent off twice in a dozen matches one of which he refused to leave the pitch, then went over to the offended player to continue his spat, chuck in a couple more bookings and you got Adam parker. Needless to say he wasn't available for selection all that often, though when he was doing the right thing was actually a lively player. Best of British luck to you guys.

Can't say I'm suprised or disappointed that Thomas has left but good luck to him anyway. This Parker sounds the sort of player we need, a goalscoring midfielder. There's a thread on the Hitchin forum about him.

Adam Parker did indeed play for The Mighty Saints for a season and a half or so until the end of 2004, joining us from The Iron. His glory days were at Hitchin and Aldershot previously, I believe.

 

He did well for us in the fight to avoid relegation and during the play-off games.

 

Combatative midfielder probably sums him up. I haven't followed his career at Thurrock so I can't speak since he left us.

 

[He should be good for cheap trainers and sports footwear, by the way. A bit of a Del-boy was our Adam.]

i take parker is a straight swap with thomas and will go straight into team for tonights game at folkstone

If you're asking me, Ob, I would say that Parker plays in a more forward role than Thomas, but I don't know anything football.

Seem to remember him being sent off for elbowing one of our players a couple of seasons ago whilst playing for Braintree.
