Elbowing the half way line may be against the rules in the lower divisons probably as you spend more time on the floor tripping up on your shoe laces and so forth, in the conference south the only elbowing outlawed is usually on a pleyer

The fact of the matter is that The Saints should have expected a tough, hard game. I certainly was. I thought the Ref could have handled things a great deal better which perhaps would have stopped all the hangbags towards the end. Enfield played well with 10 men although I thought we created enough clear cut chances to win it, But it just goes to show that you need to take those chances. It was tempered at times and although Enfield played to their strengths, it was a little sad that the Saints' play was brought down to that lower level. I'm hoping for a convincing result for the Saints on Tuesday.

I disagree. Towns game is based on skillfull short passing and beating players one-on-one.The game degenerated into a brawl because of the ref.We never experience that sort of 'Handbags' normally,and i'm sure St Albans don't either.Half of our team are under 5 6", so we're not exactally intimitading.

 

Talking of a 'lower level',please remember that a lot of the Town players have played regulary at your current level.

Perhaps you'd like to try it Tuesday, then, lovely and we might see a good game because it wasn't very evident on Friday night. I will agree about one thing, the referee was an absolute disgrace and most of what happened stemmed from his inability to stamp any authority on the game.

1-1 was a fair result with both sides being over physical. If you were forced to chose a wimmer then you would have to choose City but not by much.
