It is of course after eleven matches.

 

And to try to answer the question re-injury time, if for example a sub comes on towards the end of the match, I simply take the actual time he is on the field and then deduct the same number of minutes from the player he replaced, so that it still equals 90 in total - I can't think of any other simple alternative.

No, because the match does not start until the referee blows his whistle to signal the start of the match.

But if they play 94 minutes, why do you not put they have played 94 minutes...the numbers may not add up but it will tehniqually be more accurate...
