What a joy it was to see Mr Green relieved of his duties at Maidenhead United. Sour Grapes? Well no actually, it just nice to see the big fella brought down to earth with a bump!

 

Why? Well because after he described the magpies as a "Bigger club", after he lambasted Craig O'connor for going to Maidenhead <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/birthday.gif" alt="" />(only to join him at York road wekks later), after his treatment of quality honest long-standing Royalists such as Gordon Hill(let go after 9 years with the club) and Trevor Bunting (reportedly let go over the phone), after his man management of players with an ego as big as his own but with the talent to back it up (eg Shaun Dyke) , after his decision to play reserves in a county cup semi-final, after his failure to lead Windsor to their first title in over nine decades, after Byron Walton and all that, the misuse of the reserves and youth teams, the load of bull that Windsor would play Celtic in a friendly, and those suits........ the fat lady has sung!
