Well, I think that it will have to delegate it to a third party support or hosting company as I cannot get to the servers ;-)

Get a contractor in, that always helps slow things down.

 

Usual thing that happens at work:

 

Me: "Hi - none of us can log on"

 

"Help"desk - we'll sort it out during the night, just leave your computer's on when you leave the office.

 

Me: I work at Heathrow.

 

"Help"desk - When do you knock off there then?

 

Me: We don't.

 

"Help"desk - Oh, I'll get supervisor to look into it.

 

Me: Please do, or we'll close and blame you.

The site is back up, and hopefully the repairs will work and it will stay up.

its been hacked so it seems folks as i tried to get on it today and its showing a very unpleasent picture........ needs to be sorted soon me thinks !
