Hello all you friendly people on this vague subforum which I used to post this message to, because it seems to be a bit more lively than the other ETFC subforum...

 

On to my question; I got this Enfield shirt from eBay last week because I thought it looked cool but I've actually got no clue about the club so I googled a bit, visited the "official site" and ended up here.

 

Could you guys maybe tell me if this is a fanclub-item or maybe a cheap-fake from somewhere in the jungle of Thailand. It doesn't look to be game-worn by one of your starplayers as it doesn't have a sponsor on it, however it's a great quality shirt and it really does look cool and I do get a lot of attention from women when I wear it.

Yeah, I already tried to find pictures from games on the net but never saw this design. It looks really great and the material is excellent quality as well. Is this badge still being used or does the club have another badge nowadays? I see there's a different badge in the other Enfield-forum. You mean the so called "code 7 player kit room" -shirts? Yeah, thought about that too. Normally it's quite hard to get long-sleeved replica shirts in fanshops, don't know if Enfield FC sells them as the clubshop seems to be not available a.t.m. at the website.

I looked at this shirt on eBay as well. I reckon it's a production sample so you may have found yourself a bit of a collectors item.

 

I'm a new Enfield Town fan so I can't say for certain. Having looked at the earliest programmes and pictures on the website I have not seen any pics of players in this shirt.

 

Get yourself down to Goldsdown Road if you can. There's a great FA Cup tie down there next Friday against St. Albans - I predict a shock on the cards.
