Shirt Sponsorship

We have had this for a few years now but I have not heard of anyone buying a players shirt,I think that it is a good end of season bash and hope the GATE fans will contact the club and sponsor a shirt or 12,come on you GATE fans how many want to do this for our CLUB. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bow.gif" alt="" />

Equally, do all fans who are able and old enough, pay £1 week to support the Golden Gate.

You are right MM,it all helps but the shirt is somehow a bit different,you have this kind of pride in getting that players shirt at the end of the season,it dont cost a lot but its nice to meet that man you have sponsord and I know the players take pride in that.

Maybe there should be an interim meeting between shirt sponsers and players aswell to generate spirit, and even if somehow it extolled just 1% extra effort from the players,it may just make the difference in some games.

Equally if there was an early season 'meet the players' session, i'm sure some without shirt sponsers would have someone signed up bt end of the evening

Meet the players? Absolutely! We should also have a managers questions and answers on here too. It wouldnt take much effort for CK to answer questions by us all. Maybe once a month perhaps.

It is good that the supporters are looking at ways & means of helping the club all the time.Its healthy!
