I think it is a master stroke by the protesters. Announce that you are going to protest about fuel prices. Get the media into a frenzy (not hard on a slow news day). Sit back and watch the moron masses empty every fuel pump in the land and then send two people and a dog called Collin to the refinery and cause no disruption at all!

 

If I owned a petrol station and heard about these protests I would put my prices up to 5 pound a litre and sit back and wait. Eventually I would be the only petrol station with petrol and would rake it from the stupid plebs queuing round the block!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
