Quite magnificent at times today (sorry, Caretaker). Was fearing the worst when Cracknell went off and Hann came on but what a second half! Roddis and Davis held the middle together with Pat and Jimmy tidying up at the back, Seebs and Cousins were both superb too. Matty and Mark causing trouble down the flanks with Simon and Lee both having good games up front. Third clean sheet in a row, will enjoy it while we can.

We were superb today, when we pass and move like that and play at that tempo I don't think any club in this league can touch us.

Lets hope we can keep it going and hopefully a nice cup run might give Lord Lippiat some extra cash to use if need be later in the season!

yep I definetly thought we deserved it. Eastbourne didnt play badly credit to them, we just took our chances and all 5 goals were by no means tap ins. Onwards and upwards.

Can only concur, MAD. A scintillating performance yesterday.

 

If we can keep this side together, with a few minor adjustments here and there, we have the potential to do great things this season.

......think youve got me a bit wrong.

 

I still look for Citys result first on a Saturday afternoon. I still am genuinely pleased for the team to be doing so well particularly the 2 or 3 players I know very well. I will still be attending midweek games at home when possible to add my support.

 

I know a lot of people have labelled me one of the "negative" influences at the club but those that know me well can tell you that is untrue. I am just very disappointed (and at times angry) that a lot of previous effort is being totally wasted and ignored.

 

Its just like it all never really happened and no one seems bothered.
