Thank you Margatedon, and without wanting to split hairs your photo,though good as it is, is not at the point of contact.Take the ball on just a fraction, as it was dropping,and not going in the direction of his head and you will understand what I mean. I was right in line and that was my interpretation of it.I repeat that was my interpretation of what I saw. However a goal it was and thats the most important thing no matter how it was scored.

I wont argue with you Cookie, it was more I thought people might appreciate the picture. I got a few other decent ones, this one of Charlie claiming the ball from a corner on about 30 minutes in the first half isn't bad but is from the far end of the ground. I've asked my son to see if he can find a way to put the pictures somewhere where they can be viewed - he's mroe technically adept at that sort of thing. We'll let you know if we succeed.

Nitpicker...sorry if the update was wrong but hey who cares. cookie offered to keep me updated on his mobile, and I agreed to update him with anything else if I heard, although that was nothing. The crowd was very loud and I was trying to write it down quickly so he did not use too much of HIS airtime. Not too bad I think for an off the cuff offer. At least those who could not make it got to know what was happening.
