couple of things id like to suggest...

1. would we be able to get a billboard or stand of some kind in the town centre somewhere to advertise the next game/two games along with coach details and any other random points of information, including trust membership

2. maybe we need to have the trust handing out fixture lists on more than the first weekend of preseason, maybe we need to do it once every couple of months to keep ppl up to date with what is going on

feel free to criticise if u wish...

ARAAS - good ideas. Not sure where we can place a hoarding and whether it would be cost effective. The leaflet idea is definately something I think we should take on.

SPR - you have mentioned this before and it has been discussed - review old posts.

there used to be a hoarding at the crown in slough next to stowes perhaps one of the shopping centres or a local proprietor of a business would agree to a small hoarding being put up on their shop front/shopping centre, perhaps for a reciprical hoarding being put up at the ground or in the program, no physical cash needs to change hands, just an idea to kick around i'm sure a load more better ideas will be more forthcoming.

How about posters being produced for up and coming fixtures for people to put on noticeboards at there work place.

Sports Shop in the Observetory just past the post office in Slough were keen to put posters up last season as I asked them nearly all other outlets only wanted to advertise products that they were selling.

What happened about my idea of printing fixtures on cards the size of credit cards which fit inside advertising wallets that most newspaper shops have diplayed on there main window, these could also be distributed at matchdays to supporters to hand out to friends to put in there own wallets.

who cares if someone has discussed it or mentioned it so far this season it seems that nothing has been done about it that is the priority . not silly spats about who has talked about it while arguments abound potential paying supporters are going elsewhere having not heard of us!

well done that would be a good idea at least some one is thinking positive ,and doing positive things is the only forseeable way forward , negative thoughts have to be thwarted as they will only hold us all back and prevent slough town as a football club from progressing to wherever we want it to be, so lads let us all get behind our club and push it to the top, come on you rebels!

Another thought, the xmas raffle. Would it be possible to get permission to sell tickets in the town centre? The sales themselves would be useful, but it would also serve as an opportunity to get the message of our situation across to the public.rather than do it ad hoc, we could get permission and set up a stall

As before, if the trust thought it would be a good idea, I'd be happy to help.

Ian's idea of co-ordination is spot on by the way.
