Personally, I think the program this season is the best ever. And that isn't because I contribute. Some good articles and a damn fine interview with Leon Hunter in last nights copy.

I may get Simon to copy that interview on the web site...quite proud of that one.

Not only that it has quite a bit of New Lodge news concerning up and coming events.

If Jim (or anybody else, for that matter) missed the prog last night I have directions etc (including a map) that have been sent to me from them... PDF format. Drop me a pm and I'll email them to you tomorrow.

 

On the subject of the prog - I admit to having an interest here - I don't think it's entirely accurate to say there's not much there that can't be found elsewhere - last night we had the interviews with Justin and Leon, News from around the club - social events etc, directions to the away games, stats, memories of some of the ex blues in the Maldon side etc etc. Of course we're alsways looking for ways to improve - constructive criticism always welcome!

Fair enough, it is a good programme. Its mainly the match reports that are similar to elsewhere, obviously because theyre written by the same person. To be honest its a lot of expensive for someone like me (with no job) to attend all the games, especially once including travel costs, and any extra expense has to be avoided at the moment really. I think im doing my best by the club at the moment by making the effort to attend all the games and support the team despite the expense, so i dont really feel guilty about not buying the prog at the mo.
