THE AFTERMATH

A couple of things....

 

1. The Effort - amazing from the lads. Well done. Certainly did everything to win the game. To prove that we are the fittest team in the league Maldon were all but gone after 75 minutes but we didn't have the rub of the green.

2. Hockers - 4 from 4 starts. A bloody good return and he was looking sharper and meaner in front of goal.

3. Henty - Back and the defence is looking a little better. Not a lot they could've done last night what with trying to protect Ross and push on to find the equaliser. No disrespect to Matty Game but I was pleased when he came on, he is much better at "biting" in the middle of the park and then joining the attack on the right.

4. Hunter - A goal in his 100th game for us. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" /> Showed resolve and fight in the middle of the park.

5. Churlish to pick out those players as they all deserve a <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

 

There is more but I'll give someone else a go...

 

Oh and me...must be more...er calmer... and a little less one sided on the mic. When it doesn't cut out!!!
