You'd think the government would wake up to the potential tax revenue from the legalisation of these substances. Everytime you drink a Breezer you're probably sticking a quid or so into the governments pockets.

 

Legalise the powder and you get rid of the criminal element and have the potential to earn millions every Friday/Saturday.

That's not really the point I was making.

 

What I was saying was, you can't force people to take ecstasy, in order to make the town centre safer.

 

That's as ridiculous as suggesting the banning of cars, so that the police wouldn't have to waste time booking people for having no insurance.
