a straight red for a handball outside the area is one of the most diabolical rules footballs governing bodies have ever come up with,i could maybe understand it if the goalie flies out of the area,punching the ball and stopping the centre forward from an attempt at goal,but i have seen goalies sent off for jumping 2 inches or so out the area trying to catch the ball trying to stay in their area!

Messed that last one up.

The Referee was correct, sorry chaps and I was in the club house balcony.

The keeper can be sent off and or yellow carded, IF it was intentionl, coming out of the area to 'fly kick' a kick is not intentional.
