This is ridiculous and only serves to show the lack of any logical thinking by the Ramsgate fans here. Considering the planning application was only passed a little over 5 weeks ago, how can you expect the business plan to be ready? How could Margate FC get those plans ready if the application hadnt been approved? Margate FC has been paying off the CVA, which will be completed within the next few weeks.

 

The business plan and viability statement can be completed within the 5 years. All that is required is that it is completed prior to work starting on the new stadium.
