Crowd today

I think you are probably correct.

Did i not read a post though that said club had budgeted on attendances of 700 at home gates.(if correct).Seems ambitious to me

If we can't get 800-900 in sunny early season, getting anything like 700 on cold wet november days may prove too onerous

I dont think the crowds will be anything like the 1279 at the Maldon Town game. A lot of the people who came to that game were there not only to see the team but to see what the "new" stadium looked like. If the results dont imorove, people wont come to watch Margate. When the sheen of the new ground goes, it boils down to whats happening on the pitch.

hmmm tricky i didnt think there would be over 1k last time but the lure of seeing the ground and what the team was about got across to the public thanks to the carnival and the good papaer coverage.

Its bank holiday the weather isnt two bad think we could have a turn out off 800+ think there may be enough peeps who still wanna see more and no doubt kids may have told there freinds to come watch etc etc could be a good crowd.

yeah im sure we can expect to loose 300 for the next home game now.

the first half wasnt bad but the second half completly overshadowed the first half performance and when it was game over you could tell people were not impressd, these are the people who wont come back.

if the performance is the same against Fisher Athletic next tuesday i expect us to be hammered (anyone remember grays?).

The crowd was good today i really thought there were going to be less than that. Enjoyed the first half it was a vast improvement than the staines game but as already mentioned this was against a weak team. The second half was poor and I fear for the next home game against fisher!! Not sure about saturdays visit to worthing tho. Already its starting to look like a bottom half finish to me but there is plenty of time for us to improve. Just hope its not to late.

Come on the gate!!!!!!!1

Thursday is the new Friday"

JJ, Another one for your signature - "Time is the new Money!"

PS. 3 hour journey back to London, must have been hell in the limo, how did the chauffeur manage?

Out of that three hours, 30 minutes was needed to get from the gates to the house along the drive!

Sorry, the last post from me should have read "live" in Bromley.

And I am using the two "R's" in my name due to the fact that for some reason the site won't accept my name with one "R" at the moment.
