Did you get the attendance figure today June? And how many of our people joined you today(roughly)?

Attendance not so great, Cookie, nowhere near 300 I would say. We must have had about 60 there, and were far more vocal than the one rather sad Harrow person who was giving it large on his own (!) for most of the second half.

Reminded me of Redbridge away last year a bit.

Hopefully with it sounding like good weather on the way for Monday we'll have a good attendance for the Redbridge game.

I have to say it was disappointing to see so much attacking play wasted. We were better than them but this lack of scoring is worrying. However they only threatened after we nearly(oats pass back) gifted them a goal. They then began to believe in themselves. We c could have snatched it still then. Their goalie was excellent and i told him so after. He was miles better than some conf ones despite being small. Without him we may have squeezed one in. Excellent support once again about fifty or sixty. Poor uninteresting ground.

 

Look on the bright side its a win a draw and a defeat. CK told radio kent that he was not satisfied. That's good. Leon ran his socks off again Watson replaced to save for MOn. Hillaire did have a few good touches. Gradley back in training next week.

The attendance figure is reported as 212.

 

Redbridge havent had a great start to their season at all getting their only point against Windsor and Eton earlier this week. A 2-0 win would be good. Margate certainly needs a result to kick start the season.

Why on earth do we seem to be playing like a pub team. we have no creative players and the only ball we play is long. if we want to go back up we have to play better than we have been.

It's a bit harsh to say the only ball we play is long. That was not the case in the first game at Hartsdown. I cannot answer for Staines as I was not there. I thought we did it a bit too much today, but the pitch maybe had something to do with that. Also I think that Pat is very influential in the style of play and when he plays we do seem to have a more passing game than when he does not.
