Nice little club they've got down there in Kings Langley. Not a patch on St Albans, but it's still pretty impressive.

 

Anyway, the team lost 1-4 tonight.

 

Gertcha lost his match 0-3. He played pretty well though, considering this was his first league match. Think he got a 20-odd break at some stage too.

 

I lost my game too, 1-3. Actually went a frame up, but the guy I was playing was just too good for me, really.

 

Only Phil, the captain, won his match, but he's a fking ace player!

 

I'm glad they've offered Gertcha another chance, though. Definitely reckon h'es got what it takes to be a competant player at this level. Just needs a bit more practice, as do I.

 

Gertch - we should get down to the club at some stage this weekend for a few frames.
