I don't mind Kasabian - got the cool of the Stone Roses mixed with the terrace chant of Oasis - but there's something about them that gets on my tits.

 

I think it's cos they remind me a bit of The Music, who in turn remind me of Northern Uproar, who in turn were just a bunch of Manc wannabes.

Truman Brewery on Brick Lane, Tracey and Neil are going, I'm trying to get hold of my relief to come in an hour early but to no avail so far!

 

I know what you mean about them CZ, I don't think they'll go the whole "Music" route, I really hate The Music these days, they just seem to be full of themselves but with no substance in their interviews, at least Liam is funny and gobby.

The second Northern Uproar album was fcking ace. "Any Way You Look" was my single of the year in 1997.
