Update on Carl Bruce of Romford

After speaking to the Romford Coach this morning, Carl was found not to have broke his leg, but was suffering from severe bruising and ligament damage, we all wish him a speedy recovery and can only commend the action taken by both physios and match officials alike.

Poor old schmeichel had tohave counselling about it !! But they still played on with pure sawdust everywhere .

Seeing sawdust always reminds me of when someone at your school threw up , they just used to cover the area with sawdust , classic

Great bendy leg. I always wondered how on earth his leg just managed to snap like that . What an unlucky fella , just shows you how lucky cisse and henrick larsson are to have continued their careers after a similar injury

Didn't Andrew Cole (of Man City fame) break both ankles at the same time... Ooof, that's gotta hurt too!
