05/06 Season Half Time Draw

This season we aim to make our match day raffle more interesting. Still priced at just fifty pence, the winning ticket gives the holder the chance to take another extra gamble.

 

Once the number is read out over the tannoy, immediately on the half-time whistle, the lucky winner has the dilemma of deciding to either take the fifty pounds prize or take a chance on picking an envelope that may contain a jackpot cash payout!!!

 

Starting this week the jackpot stands at £150, increasing by £25 every home game where the jackpot is not won, rising to a maximum of £500 during the course of the season.

 

Look out for the sellers at the match on Tuesday evening.

 

Prize Structure

£50 or forfeit this and take a gamble on one of the envelopes, no recourse on this action is allowed.

This weeks envelopes contain the following prizes;

 

1. Cash Jackpot of £150

 

2. A Club shirt signed by the entire squad OR £30 in cash

 

3. VIP day out at a future SLOUGH away fixture for two people with board room hospitality and door to door service for the lucky pair OR £30 in cash

 

4. Match day sponsorship for four at a forthcoming home match, personal or company name attached to match day program advertising plus boardroom hospitality OR £30 in cash

 

5. Meal for two at local restaurant OR £30 in cash

 

6. The match football signed by the Slough Team or the Opposition

 

7. Beautiful Bouquet of flowers delivered to someone within a thirty-mile radius of Slough OR £30 in cash

 

8. The company of a player of your choice for you and a friend to talk over the game in the bar after the game, the club to pick up the tab for the drinks OR a bottle of Spirit of your choice [must be over eighteen to receive this, proof of age may be required] OR £25 in cash

 

9. Your weeks laundry collected, washed, ironed and delivered back to your door providing you live in the SL postcode (prize donated by Bizzywash of Slough) OR £30 IN CASH

 

10. A current season ticket OR £50 IN CASH

No, I believe there will be a choice of ten envelopes containing different prizes each match. You either take the £50 or gamble it on the contents of an envelope.

Err yes. Well done to the senior Mr Lathey on winning tonight, but he didn't choose to gamble (BOOOOOO) and took his £50 which promptly went toward the sponsorship of Darron Wilkinson for the season. (YEYYYYYY)

Whilst it's true, I do love Wilko it would have been embarrassing to have gambled and possibly had to present him with a bouquet of flowers! I thought taking the guaranteed cash and then sponsoring the great man was the best course of action.
