i was there on saturday, though the whole thing was somewhat depressing...

this monday i will be at southend col u.. unfortunatly (or fortunatly based on last sats performance) its my beer buddies choice of match this bank holiday and he is a full on shrimper ..

we are at home though which suits as i wouldnt want to miss the away match

The away match is Easter Monday which should be funny. Is a repeat performance of last season's antics likely?

no.. midweek games after work is where the action is.. i'd be happy to see all football played on tuesday nights.. im a bit pissed off that we arnt playing dagggers n grays then.. still some cup runs should see soem games moved later this season..

i may take in west ham villa next month, but the games i am really looking forward to is arsenal west ham and spurs arsenal

Don't think I've ever claimed we'd win the league, Thornsy. In fact, I think I predicted we'll finish ninth - which is still my opinion.

 

But I remember early in 2002/03 how excited you were when non-league St Albans were top of the league.

We finished 4th that season, you must remember as you were at most games!

As high as that, was it? Had it in my head it was about 7th.

 

St Albans and Spurs were both top of their respective leagues the day I got married.

 

Not sure that has happened since, and I dread to think how long ago it was since it had happened previously!!
