Positions of PASE Boys

Er, we seem to be going round in circles here. As superb correctly pointed out:

I read in the exeter programme that he's got to prove his fitness.

I know the idea of a 12-year-old as a voice of reason is a bit outlandish, but in this case it is true. There's no contradiction in Maxwell still being involved with the club but not having signed a contract.

How many midfielders now with Maxwell?!

Saunders, Drury, McKimm, Jackson, Surey, Sestanovich, Maxwell, Slatter, Bowry and Protheroe can play there too!!

Must admit the way Daish has set out the squad is very nicely done. 2 keepers (+ 1 on loan), 2 left backs, 2 right backs, 4 centre backs. 2 left midfielders, 2 right midfielders and 4 centre midfielders and 3 strikers.

As mentioned earlier in another post, one more striker I would say would be enough to build up a great team. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Indeed - but Liam's now got a real dilemma regarding 'keepers. OK, so we're only judging on one competitive start for each of our three 'keepers so far, but McShane has clearly looked the most impressive. Unfortunately, he's the loan 'keeper, while the other two are the full-timers. If we're able to sign McShane on a longer-term basis, as Jimmy quite rightly advocated the other day, things will certainly get tricky.
