Danny Hockton: As previously mentioned that was the third successive season he has scored in the opening league game. It was his 41st Billericay goal, from just 52 starts and 3 sub appearances (including the recent EFC matches).

 

Neil Cousins: Scored in the home game against Slough last season... His 14th goal for us in 40 starts (+10 as sub), although for about a third of those games he played in midfield.

 

George Lay becomes the latest player to score on his league debut for Billericay. Last season Bertie "BB" Brayley achieved the feat with a goal against Kingstonian, whilest Nathan Elder scored in his second league start, also at home to Slough. Danny Hockton is the other member of the squad to have scored on his debut, getting 2 against Aylesbury.

 

Leon Hunter and Jamie Dormer are both nearing 100 starts for Billericay. Leon has 96 and Jamie 94. Obviously Gary Henty leads the list with 160 starts, whilest Danny Kerrigan is 4th with 81.
