Leverstock Green won this entertaining FA Cup tie today at Tilbury. The game won by a single goal scored from a set piece in the opening minutes of the game, left the Manor frustrated and bewildered.

 

This truly was a game played from end to end and the result could have gone either way. Well officiated meant the game was permitted to flow and entertained both sets of fans.

Which is more than I can say for our home game with Wabbey.

The two sets of players seemed to be peripheral to the antics of the referee who wanted centre stage all the time and continually broke up the game with his overlong regular lectures.
