Today Vs Canvey

How does the video prove that Drury was using foul language and threatening behaviour throughout?

Firstly, I rather doubt the recording would have picked up the things that Andy said, even in the deathly hush of Canvey's ground, and secondly, I equally doubt the camera spent the whole 90 minutes trained on Jukebox!

If the penalty went in our favour, then asLiam said, it makes up for the (to quote Liam) the "stonewall" penalty we didnt get against Exeter.

We aint Exeter if you are gonna cheat cheat against them, you can clearly hear him on the tapes.

You have an Ex Hornchurch mercenery that has no interest in your club, bringing your clubs name down into the dirt for his personal short term gain.

It was not long ago he was 100% HX, money run out so did he, he cheated us today, as I said before WHAT GOES AROUND WILL COME AROUND.

Wasn't it just, kept at home because of blooming work, manager was threatening to give me the sack after being an hour late last week because I couldn't get home after the Exeter game!!

Sounded a great game, most definaltely will be there against cambridge though! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bounce.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/affig.gif" alt="" />

i actually thought the ref was poor too,

On the contrary, I thought that the referee had a reasonable game today. Other referees might have brandished a few more cards but he managed to keep everything on the level without having to resort to that.

Good game yesterday, although it did get off to a slow start. I feel that we deserved the win, its amazing how much of a difference it makes when we get the ball on the deck and give up playing the long ball. Some good linkage between jacko and skinner as well a proths and Drury.

Mayby the team starting to get used to each other now. Felt the GK was excellent, was very confident going up for the ball yet to see him make a proper save like a one on one, but felt he was very good. IMO drury played well, not brilliant, but well, but yet still heard some people moaning at him, dont think it'll be long before hes gone.

Onwards and upwards, lets see how well we do in the next few games.

On creation of chances, at least, one can hardly dispute that we deserved it, since Manny (at least twice), Surey and Jukebox all had efforts well saved and Ross Smith headed just over in the second half, amongst other chances. In comparison, McShane had little to do saves-wise, except smothering one effort.

The last minute winner (our first since Moussa's against Stevenage) reminded me how enjoyable watching the Fleet can be, after Tuesday's debacle.
