The Essex FA have released details this morning of the early round draws for the Essex Senior Cup (not to be confused with the Essex Senior League Cup!)

 

* AFC Hornchurch have received a bye to Round 3*

 

 

Round 1. To be played by 17th September

 

1- Basildon Utd v London APSA

2- Clacton Town v Waltham Abbey

3- Saffron Walden Town v Tilbury

4- Hullbridge Sports v Burnham Ramblers

 

 

Round 2. To be played by 15th October

 

5- Winner Match 2 v Concord Rangers

6- Winner Match 3 v Southend Manor

7- Winner Match 4 v Romford

8- Harwich & Parkeston v Winner Match 1

 

 

Notes

 

*There are NO replays in this competition. Every normal time draw will be followed by 30 minutes extra time. Thereafter, a penalty shoot out will decide the match if the scores are still level.

 

*A programme must be produced for all matches in this competition.

 

*The Essex Senior Cup Competition is 122 years old.

 

*Current holders are Thurrock.

 

*Home match turnstile entry is included in the price of the AFC Hornchurch Season Ticket.

 

*Final to be played at Southend Utd.
