we are far too good to go down and will therefore stay up...we may even decide that we want to be promoted but we haven't decided on which league we want to go into yet....a lot depends on our ability to take over all of the league commitees....our blazers are in special SAS training at the moment awaiting the call sign for action....this will be recognised by aveley dave farting loudly at half time during the burnham game and then blaming it on an old lady in the boardroom... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

however...we may well decide to turn down promotion to the barclaycard due to our current enjoyment of the serious discussions that take place on ESL boards.....

Hmm!interesting post. Quite easy to see why people are predicting this after the two defeats so far, but after watching both games i feel that we are only lacking a striker come target man. Reevo picked up a nasty injury early in the first game against Sth Manor and did not play any further part in the game and he did not play against Eton Manor on wed,in the Sth Manor match three of the goals were from set plays and on Wed a bad mix up on the edge of our box left the Eton Manor player with a one on one.We look okay until we get into the final third of the pitch and then seem to run out of ideas. Perhaps a change of formation is needed?? or some fresh faces, but i am sure that the management team will get things right eventually and we will have an enjoyable season.

bowers relied far too much on reevo last year best signing darran ever made. , need another top quality striker though, bit of a 1 man team at times.
