I'm not sure I understand your first post, Tommy.

 

Wasn't the score goalless at half time when Sven replaced Paul Robinson??

 

Had to laugh at the result last night, particularly after a conversation in the pub on Tuesday evening!

 

Sitting with a bunch of mates, I had to endure ridiculous claims that we'll win the 2006 World Cup. Hopefully this will shut them up for a while!

 

We're one of about six teams who are capable of winning next summer, but we'll finish quarter-finalists at best. We don't have a winning mentality in this country.

Sorry, I didn't realise all the Totts were pulled off at half-time. So my posts stands naked and exposed as the mindless swipe at Tottenham that it is.

I loved Denmark - brilliant place and it was a great trip.

 

As for the game, it got to the stage where is was funny just how poor we are. I'm not that bothered by the result - I can to an extent understand why we just didn't try. (not that I think that is right as players should show pride playing for England.)

 

At corners Johnson didn't even have a clue where to stand. It was laughable thinking he must be on £50k a week, and I could have made a better job of playing right back than him.

Denmark was well good, we didn't really get that pissed, it was just quite pleasant.

 

But good to hear that I used to own a bit of British Gas though, probably before the stock market sold shares though (gertcha will fill you in)
