Daish out!!!

If there is any light at the end of the tunnel, maybe a good gubbing is just what we need. Daish, for all his talk of the play-offs, must realise now he needs to do something and put a rocket up the players and sort out his own tactics... they owe us after last night, and I'd like to think a damn good thrashing wakes everyone up a bit.

Where shall I start on Daish. To be honest, I think he has brought some good quality players to the club with a lot of potential. Slatter, the Smiths, Macdonald etc. However, the fact is we are still poor in certain areas, up front in particular.

The biggest problem is the tactics and the way we're playing. The effort was there from the start yesterday. However, when the team has no idea how to create an attack or keep disciplined if we go a goal down there's no hope. I haven't seen anything from Daish during a game to suggest he's got any sort of tactical knowledge.

If we struggle against Canvey on Saturday we're in for a long season.

I'm with drummer Scott on this one. Didn't post last night, was way way way to irate with what happened. People saying Grays are a good team, I didn't think they were, which is the worrying thing. What our problem was, I thought, was the communication at the back and the huge gaping holes. Grays learnt that and broke us down at least 10 times. If Daish can sort out that defence and also teach them what the midfield players are there for, we could play well.

The only two I thought were OK yesterday were Slatter (tried hard)and Bowry (old head).

I'm suprised u so bowry. He is very much a pointer. Looks like hes playing a big game of I Spy. What about jacko and manny, they were good, they just didnt have people backing them up.

There is a pattern emerging. Ppl want fleet players in the team, i.e. skinns, jacko, macca, drury, surey, proths manny. The others dont have a clue

I thought that Bowry looked comfortable in the situation that he found himself in.

OK, he was not making darting runs but was keeping possession OK in the midfield area and trying to look for positive movement. Well, he stood out more than the others did in my opinion.

Jacko did OK yeah but he is starting to look slightly off the pace. The again, if no-one is backing up, then that is obviously going to happen I suppose as you're knackered from going up and down.

They're all Fleet players now FG, the last point shouldn't really matter.

If Prendergast had come here, I'd have still cheered him on the same the same as all the others. Glad he didn't though, diving little cheat!

we wereawful last night, the worst performance by one sidei have ever seen, not just involving fleet.

Daish has always been tactically inept, noone would listen, we need to take off the rose tinted glasses and realise he is the worst! no subs, hoof it football, laughable defence/keeper.

midfield fails to link up with defence or attack andis therefore isolated. GET HIM OUT.

DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT DAISH OUT.

At the end of the day its is not the FANS who will decide to remove liam its the board and the members on it.

How do you think we are going to make Liam feel if he logs on and reads some of the messages on here??

Well here's to winning the lottery and getting a place on the board then.
£1 MILLION TO THE FLEET IF I WIN, BUT ONLY IF DAISH GOES.

Don't agree. I think the signings he has made have all played well, whether it be in pre-season or in league games. Just at the back, it seems to be lacking communication with the keeper.

How quickly we forget that French Striker.

Surely one leads to another if he looks like sending us down he doesn't keep his job.

The only other problem if he goes! Is how much for arguments sake would it cost to get Fordy.

Could the club afford finacially to get another manager.
