i think saying lee looked awful is a little harsh. he had trouble hitting the back of the net (or anywhere inside the posts) but he had some fantastic touches that got him into some brilliant positions to take some shots. his movement was brilliant and his link up with other players was fantastic. he just had a bit of trouble getting his shots on target. it just seemed a bit of confidence was all that was needed and everyone could see his relief when he scored, im sure he will be the goal scoring machine we all know and love.

Great performance by the lads, stuck to thier tasks and got the result they thoroughly deserved. Boylan & Tait linking up well, JK & Duffy looking like totally new player, Bimson by far the best defender since Bobby Moore. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

excellent attendance, if we carry on playing well hopefully those kind of figures will become the norm.

Some good points on here today. Thought Lee played OK but lacked his usual sharpness in front of goal. He seemed to take an eternity to hit his shot when he got through on goal for the equaliser but finished superbly.
