I wouldn't read too much into these results. If we lose the next two, then we can begin to panic.

 

Although by the sounds of it we didn't play too well tonight, I think we matched Exeter on Saturday and they're one of the favourites for promotion.

 

Cambridge also lost to arguably the worst team in the league (Forest Green Rovers) on Saturday, yet they've beaten the favourites for the title (Hereford) tonight.

 

So we just need to give it more time...

I'm not feeling that despondent yet!

 

I reckon Protheroe must come back at Right Back against Canvey.

 

Also worried about the keeper situation. Does anyone know how long Holloway will be out?

 

Now Saturday week looks even more worrying. Cambridge have just beaten Hereford 2-1 and Onibuje caused a problem down the right from what I saw.

Indeed...Daish out. Hence why my mate didn't renew his season ticket and why I won't attend games anymore when Gills play away. Daish is tactically inept and has not got a clue on who to buy. You are in for a very long season and unless you get rid of him pronto your full-time status will look a joke. Personally I was laughing when he said you're one of the fittest teams in the league just cause you signed 6 full-time players. He is a joke for a manager.

It was the worst thing ive seen in years and we dont want any fence sitters on here saying its only 2 games in lets take a positive that we scored a goal. Its not Daish' fault as we all knew he was cr*p when he came here, the board has a lot to answer for. Jason, Brian, Adrian and whoever is on the board, dont let this dwell for too long, get him out and get Andy back in before we go belly up and out of football altogether.
