I'd like to see a 4-3 victory to the Gate.

Would like Watson and Nnumundi together up front and get a brace apiece-think that could be a good partnership.

 

Equally i'd like to see Gate concede three goals-all from headed corners to Ramsgate.

Its better that our aerial frailities are exposed in friendlies than the serious stuff in a weeks time;and i fear that we need a bit of a wake-up call at the back to demonstrate what in my opinion is a serious weakness in the air, not yet rectified from last season;and i fear once we start playing better sides in a weeks time we could get a very rude awakening, so its better to show it up now

Good points. I agree that Margate need a real test. 1-1s and 1-0s doesnt really show how Margate will do against the Fishers and AFC Wimbledons let alone against Wealdstones and Maldon Towns. Ramsgate will relish the chance of getting one over higher level and local opposition as a morale booster after their loss to Deal. Id like to see a win for Margate, 3-2 would be good. A win all the same but a warning not to be soft in the defence.

I do not wish to sound like al fans after they loose a psf but it really was a youth team we had Shane Suter who i would be very suprised if he starts against you and robbie summers as they only outfeild players who are in the first team squad that started against Deal. Its ashame for Mark M that he has to miss this game as i am sure he would have enjoyed it . Both teams have a strong defence . But the rest of the Margate team i do not know about. Anyway i thought Keister was now a sweeper the reason i ask is in the Gazzete he is under midfeilder's. JK fulfils both roles these days, but more latterly as a defender, where imo he has been a sensation,and frankly has held the defence together.

 

Also he is our shortest player but best header of a ball,which probably says more about the heading ability of the remainder of the team.

 

Thats all fine as long as we have some decent midfield players-Gradley, Heero, Standen and Dean would do nicely.

Tyman! He's awful imo. Nothing better than a sunday premier league keeper.No better than me ( except I understand he's good with crosses ). And for information ff. I wouldn't be seen dead in a Rams shirt!
