How about we talk about tomorrows game. The 'line up' thread has hardly been touched!

 

Hoping for a really good crowd with plenty of optimisim and most of all noisy support for the reds from the plough end. Back home at last!! Where we belong!

Really looking forward to the whole season really, last season was a bit of a chore supporting two teams. This season will be different though.

Get in your pubs early as the 'wurzel army' is breaking camp. Various estimates on away fans....some say 4 coaches on the way and around 700-800 away fans. [Normal 1 or 2 coaches]

 

Some Exeter fans will be up by 11:00am....lets enjoy the day all.

got to admit this is the first time i have ever suffered from withdrawral simptems. don't normally sing but as its game of the season i must no hesitating. can't wait.

I feel that the lack of prescence of the drummer behind the goal did dampen the game. This is not a critisism. Its is just that a few people around me expected the drum behind the goal, like is used to be. I do understand that perhaps it could of been a little bit dangerous with the drum possibly getting hit by a ball, and causing you injury. So what we need is a little spot further back, reserved for the drum.

I agree. I think eventually when a bit more space has been made in the Plough End then the drum will return to it's usual place. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Until the drum is behind the goal. Then the atmosphere will not be the same. We must rectify this as financially possible.

I thought the atmosphere behing the goal second half was decent, there were none of those highly relevant Canvey chants.
